Lake Butler Sound is a gated sanctuary of 380 acres, located along the southern shore of Lake Butler, across Chase Rd. from Windermere. Lake Butler Sound encompasses three different neighborhoods the Reserve, Estates, and the Mediterranean Villas. On-site amenities are oriented toward preserving the natural wildlife sanctuary, including 32+ acres of natural preserves; two English Gardens, and a large lakeside gazebo. Directions to Lake Butler Sound: From the East: From I-4 take Conroy Road Exit. Go west on Conroy-Windermere Road. Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on Chase Road. Drive 1 mile to The Sanctuary at Lake Butler Sound on right. From the West: From I-4 take Sand Lake Rd Exit. Go west on Sand Lake Road. Turn right on Apopka-Vineland Road. Turn left on Conroy-Windermere Road. Turn left on Main Street. Turn right on Chase Road. Drive 1 mile to The Sanctuary at Lake Butler Sound on right.
